An industrial building across the street from the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center in Harrisburg has changed hands.
The Pennsylvania Entertainment Group has transitioned from tenant to owner of the of the 76,824-square-foot industrial property at 1017-1033 Maclay St.
The Pennsylvania Entertainment Group, which has been a tenant at the building for about four years, has purchased the building and and will renovate it, according to Ida McMurray, a real estate agent with NAI Commercial-Industrial Realty Co.
The company occupies about 10,000 square feet of warehouse and office space. The rest of the building will be available for lease from 5,000 to 50,000 square feet of space, McMurray said.
The building was purchased on July 23, according to Dauphin County property records.
The Maclay Street facility was formerly home to the International Harvester Company and Alto Garage Door, according to McMurray.
The Pennsylvania Entertainment Group offers live production support and event production throughout Pennsylvania and the East Coast. The company offers audio, lighting, staging, video, power generators and event management at all types of events from festivals to graduations.
